HARDWOOD FLOORING SAMPLES REQUEST FORM

Samples are sent out for FREE with the assumption you will order a floor from Hardwood Maniac. In the case that you don't order a floor we will invoice you later on. All samples are charged at cost for sample and shipping. We accept credit cards for samples and have them shipped direct from the manufacturer or distributor. We will credit ALL sample costs back to your credit card if you decide to order a floor after the fact you have been charged for samples.

To request your samples, simply fill in the sample request from below or give us a call at 888-285-3397. Samples leave our office the day after request and travel via USPS priority mail. Delivery to most homes is 2-3 days from the departure day.
